Q: how long can the chicken wear the diaper?
​A: for diapers, I do 4 hours to 6 hours tops with 12 hours or more without diapers.

Q: How many times a day do you change the diaper?
A: I change out the cup liner every few hours. Changing regularly helps prevent poo sticking to feathers.

Q: how do you keep the poo from sticking to feathers?
​A: trim bum feathers, clean the area with a wipe after each diaper change.

Q: What can I line the diaper with?
A: toilet paper, paper towel or a small disposable cup works well.

Q: How do I know what size to choose?
A: simply give your chicken a measure, choose the size closest to your measurements. Reach out for help.

Q: I'm buying a diaper for my growing chick, what size should I choose?
A: When buying for a growing chick, its best to wait until they are finished growing before committing to a size, unless your willing to upgrade as needed.

Q: how to wash the diaper?
A: I turn the diaper inside out after dumping, wipe excess waste from the pouch and throw it in the washing machine. you can also hand wash to lengthen the life of the diaper. always fasten the velcro to help prevent wear.

Q: how long should i give diaper free time?
A: I like to give over 12 hours of diaper free time between wearing.

Q: can they lay eggs in the diaper?
A: yes they can, but I like to make sure they are diaper free while laying.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Processing time is 1 to 2 weeks from the order date. I'm making everything by hand and it takes time. for shipping within Canada it is 5 to 7 business days. The US will be around 9 business days. International, tracked it will be around 9 business days.

​Q: My diaper is too small/ too big. Can I exchange it?
A: Unfortunately, I cannot accept a product that has been taken from the packaging and used. I follow strict bio security to keep my flock and yours healthy. If the package has been unopened and you are having second thoughts, please feel free to send it back and i will refund or exchange.
